Program:
Backstage Tour of the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts. Donna Miller, chairman of the Kansas City Section of the Audio Engineering Society, works at the Center and has agreed to give us a backstage technical look at the two performance halls.
For the program we will meet at the stage door between the halls on W16th Street at Central Street. When arriving at the Center, enter the stage door and check in with security.
Parking (for a fee) is available in the garage and you can walk around to the stage door. Parking may be available on the street. It's 550 feet from Denny's to the stage door.

Do I have to be an SBE member to attend the meeting/program?
No, anyone involved in the broadcast industry and related fields is invited to attend meetings.
Do I need to RSVP or let anyone know that I'm coming?
Generally: No. Our meetings are usually an open invitation - just show up and introduce yourself. From time to time for certain meetings we will ask those planning on attending to RSVP. If that is the case it will be clearly indicated in the meeting notice.
